4. Age Requirement

Under no circumstances will Fantasyficworld.com be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to:

9. Privacy Policy
Fantasyficworld.com only collects the information necessary from users to post stories and posts on the message board. Fantasyficworld.com NEVER shares this information with any third parties.

10. Blog
The Blog is for Harry Potter related news stories and comments related to those stories as well as site news and fan work reviews. Fantasyficworld.com has full jurisdiction over the blog and if there are any materials submitted are deemed as inappropriate in any fashion, Fantasyficworld.com reserves the right to refuse to post them.

Registration:
There is no registration required to utilize our blog. Screen names and author names must be unique and distinguishable from any other user. They must not contain unacceptable language or allusions, including but not limited to lewd, discriminatory, or R, NC-17, or X-rated allusions or words. Fantasyficworld.com reserves the right to change or delete your user name or author name if deemed unacceptable.

Rules:
All postings on our blog page must be on the topic in the section where they are posted. Also, any member who sees a violation is welcome to report it to Fantasyficworld.com. If a member wants his or her post deleted, it must be deleted by contacting Fantasyficworld.com.

Language:
All posts must be submitted in English or they will be removed by Fantasyficworld.com.

Rating:
No content over PG-13 are welcome in our blogs, nor can anyone post links to other websites containing NC-17 content anywhere on the website. Fantasyficworld.com will do our best to monitor the blog and remove all posts that do not meet our rating guidelines. As for any links posted, you must enter at your own risk as Fantasyficworld.com cannot monitor all links posted in the blog.

Flames:
Flaming another user will NOT be tolerated. Flames are defined as:

• Any post, or portion of a post, containing defamatory statements aimed toward other individuals, whether singly or as members of any group.
• Any post, or portion of a post, where the stated primary intent or the clearly implied primary intent of the poster is to insult, to engender hostility or to incite terror in any other individual.
• Any post, or portion of a post, where the stated or clearly implied intent of the poster is to incite a flame war.

Spam:
Spamming of the discussion blog, reviews, etc., is not allowed. Spam is defined as:

• Repetitive postings of the same message.
• Posting multiple brief messages in a short time period for the purpose of increasing one's post count.
• Posting multiple messages to a single thread in a short period of time without said posts being interspersed with other users' posts to the thread.

Off-Topic Posts:
Any off-topic posts will be removed.

Copyright Infringement:
Do not post content on the blog that you do not have a right to post. If you suspect a writer of engaging in copyright or trademark infringement, please inform me immediately.

Editing Posts:
Any posts that you have made that you wish to edit or delete must go through Fantasyficworld.com.

Photos and Images:
Photos and Images can be uploaded by members. Photo content cannot exceed a PG-13 rating.

Permanent Bans:
Fantasyficworld.com will permanently ban those users attempting to sabotage the smooth running of the site or those who continue to break the terms of use after multiple warnings and posting rights suspensions.

Moderate Behavior:
Mods and admins should set an example for the rest of Fantasyficworld.com. They should never flame or spam and always try to keep their tempers. They should not respond to flames or taunts in kind.
